The hotel rooms were nicer than Sawgrass and conveniently located past registration without the need for elevators. However, the room size was a bit cramped, making movement difficult.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The location was perfect, close to the beach and surrounded by beautiful landscapes. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. However, the dining experience fell a bit short with limited breakfast options. Overall, a great value for the money with excellent amenities.
The hotel's location is huge, making it pretty good especially for those spending 5 days with small children. The rooms and common areas were clean and sanitary, and the service I received was incredible throughout my visit. However, the resort fees and taxes added extra costs, which was a significant downside. The dining experience offered a large selection of delicious options, but it was disappointing that it was supposed to be included in our room rate.
I had a mixed experience at the resort. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, which was great. However, the location at the end of the hall past registration seemed inconvenient for a resort.
I found the hotel to be situated right next to the water, offering a scenic view. The rooms were comfortable, although there were spider webs here and there. The staff was friendly and helpful. However, the location had some issues with guests smoking near the entrance. Overall, it met my expectations, but there were a few areas that could be improved.
The hotel room was comfortable and clean. We were promised the $100 pet fee would be removed as we had to move rooms, which was a nice gesture. The only downside was that the lounge didn't serve real brewed coffee, just a fancy machine that was out of order during our stay.
